Returns and Refunds Policy

General Returns (30 days):

  • For incorrect orders (wrong size or product), email us within 15 days to get a Return Authority Number (RAN). Returns are at your cost.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards and customized items (F.e printed jerseys).

Faulty Products (60 days):

  • For faulty boots, email us with your invoice number and clear photos within 60 days. We’ll guide you on the return process.

Refunds:

  • We’ll notify you by email once your return is inspected. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds:

Sale Items:

  • Only regular-priced items can be refunded; clearance items cannot.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace defective or damaged items. Email us for exchange instructions.
